REWARDS

Holders of Piracy Punk NFTs receive $DOUBS rewards when their NFTs are staked. The higher the percentage of circulating supply is under lock, the higher reward APR / yield.

If players lock their $DOUBS to receive $veDOUBS locked, they receive rewards in the following ways:

$WETH Rewards

50% of all secondary market royalties for the Piracy Punks Project are redistributed back to $veDOUBS holders in $WETH. Variable APR, monthly emissions

$DOUBS Rewards

Daily emissions of $DOUBS are sent to holders of $veDOUBS. These tokens come from the in-game transactions and purchases and 25% of these tokens are redistributed to $veDOUBS holders, while the rest are burned. There is also a 20% seller’s tax levied to all sales of $DOUBS and these tokens are also distributed back to $veDOUBS holders. These rewards can be claimed and locked to accrue more $veDOUBS, or used in game to buy items and upgrades of NFTs etc. Variable APR, daily emissions.

$COMPASS Rewards

Daily emissions of the coveted $COMPASS token. Variable APR, daily emissions

Governance Rewards

DAO governance will be lead by $veDOUBS holders voting on proposals. Each vote they cast will earn them a reward fee, paid in $COMPASS. The more users vote and engage with the governance protocols, the more they stand to earn, directly rewarding engagement and participation in the direction of the project. Holders who also propose ideas, which are subsequently passed by the DAO, will also receive bonus awards in $COMPASS tokens.
